What you share depends on how you choose to contact us. Please do not include credentials, sensitive customer records, or confidential project material.
Web concierge
The concierge asks for your name, work email, company, and role. When you send a message, the website sends your contact information and conversation to the KennelAMS-hosted agent so it can respond to your inquiry. This involves processing outside your browser by the agent service and its connected AI services.
The website keeps conversation details in your browser tab session storage so you can return to a conversation. It also uses an encrypted, HTTP-only session cookie to associate requests with the agent conversation. That cookie has a 24-hour lifetime. This is not a retention period for records held by the agent service.
Scheduling a call
Scheduling links open Calendly. Optional booking fields are shared in the scheduling URL only when you select the sharing checkbox. Review the information on Calendly before confirming your appointment. Calendly handles the booking under its own privacy practices.
The email form prepares a draft in your email app. The website does not submit that form to an email service. If you send the draft, CognicellAI receives the message and sender details through email and uses them to respond.
Starting-point guide
Your answers stay in the page while you use the guide. You may edit the resulting summary and choose whether to include it with a Calendly link. Completing the guide does not submit an inquiry or book a call.
Website measurement and external content
The site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to measure website usage and performance. Article links take you to Substack. Those services operate under their own privacy practices.
